Can I order by phone?
Orders through NifNaks.com online store are preferred. However, if you would like to place an order by phone, please contact me with your name, telephone number, and a time when you would like to be called. I attempt to answer all inquires within 3 business days; however, there may be a delay during holidays and other busy times.
Do you do any special orders?
I sure do! I'm often interested in trade, wholesale, and custom orders. I especially enjoy realizing that unique gift that you want to give that special someone.
How do you ship your products?
All NifNaks products are shipped within 1-3 days of receiving full payment, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
NifNaks uses USPS First Class (6-10 business days) or Priority Mail (2-3 business days) to ship all products. If you absolutely require a rush shipment, please contact me before making your order. Please note, I cannot guarentee that I will be able to accommodate your rush delivery needs (especially during busy holidays).
During the holidays -- especially Christmas -- orders may be delayed due to the large number of people requesting orders and the handmade "one of kind" nature of my product. If there is a delay, you will be notified via email. Please make your orders early to ensure a timely delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I ship internationally via Global Priority Mail (6-10 business days) or Global First Class Mail (delivery times vary; can be 8 days or can be over a month). Global Priority Mail is recommended due to the uncertianty of delivery time for Global First Class Mail -- I can not guarentee delivery times for International mail. International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or other duty charges upon receipt of order.
!! Italian Customers Please Note !!
NifNaks cannot ship scarves to Italy due to Italy's customs prohibitions -- all other NifNaks items are available.
Fraud and Right to Refuse Transaction
NifNaks has the right to refuse any transaction if fraud is suspected or if it is being shipped to a country with a high level of fraud.
What is your Return Policy?
It is very important to me that you are completely thrilled to receive your NifNak product. However, all sales are final.
Please carefully read the product description and email me if you have specific questions about a product before you purchase it.
Please note that all NifNaks are handmade and there are minor variations from product to product.
NifNaks will issue store credits and offer exchanges for items in stock. Customers seeking a store credit or exchange need to e-mail me within 7 days of receiving their product. And I will do my best to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.
All products must be shipped back to NifNaks pre-paid and with delivery confirmation. NifNaks is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please note: items mailed back must be in their original condition and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
